Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork tender and set aside.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the marinade and mix thoroughly, add the boiled potatoes and gently mix until thoroughly combined. For a more authentic tandoor flavour smoke the marinated potatoes for 30 minutes.

Air fry the baby potatoes for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Once hot and crispy transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add ghee and sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
