    Marinate the fish cubes with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and kashmiri chilli powder. Marinate for 15 minutes.

    Add the besan, ajwain, rice flour and baking soda. Mix well to coat the fish pieces evenly.

    Make sure the oil is very hot before frying. Add the fish and once it forms a crust, reduce the heat to medium-low. Fry for around 5 minutes depending on the size of the fish pieces.

    Remove onto a bowl/plate. Add the red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix well. Serve garnished with coriander sprigs and lemon slices.
