Method
Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Add the wheat flour to a bowl. Pour in the water little by little and whisk to a smooth, pouring batter like dosa batter, with no lumps.
Add the onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Heat a tawa on medium flame and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of batter in the centre and spread it gently into a round. Drizzle a little oil around the edge and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the edges turn brown and lift.
Flip and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden spots show. Make the rest the same way.
Serve hot with peanut chutney, green chutney or pickle.
