    Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using the flour, salt and water. Rest for 10 mins.

    Combine the grated cauliflower with the other ingredients and mix well.

    Stuff the dough with the gobi mixture, by dividing the dough into roundels. Dust in flour and flatten a little. Place the mixture in the center.

    Sprinkle some wheat flour and seal the edges by pinching together and dust in flour again and rest for 5 minutes.

    Roll the roundels flat, gently.

    Alternatively, flatten two roundels and place some cauliflower mixture in the center of one.

    Use the other to place on top and seal the edges. Rest for 5 minutes and roll the paratha to required thickness, gently.

    Cook on a preheated tava on medium heat, applying ghee and till golden brown on both sides. Serve with white butter/ Makkan.
