Cookd masalas for green chilli
Method
Get ready by washing the coriander well. Drain it fully and remove the thick stems. Roughly chop the green chillies and peel and roughly chop the ginger.
Add the coriander, green chilli, ginger, cumin powder and salt to a mixie jar. Keep the water ready beside the mixie.
Add the water and blend for 1 minute until the chutney is smooth and thick. Scrape down the sides once if needed.
Mix in the lemon juice and taste. The chutney should coat a spoon and not be watery. Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh.
