    Add all the ingredients for the chutney powder in a mixer grinder and blend to a fine powder by pulse blending and mixing inbetween to ensure it is even.

    For the tempering, in a small vessel add a small qty of oil. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add the curry leaves and the red chilli bits. Mix and switch off the flame. Add the tempering in the powder and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of the powder for ¼ Cup of water and mix to make chutney. You can adjust the consistency as desired. Store for 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
