    In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients for the dosa batter wash and let it soak for at least 1 hour.

    Add the soaked ingredients and blend them into a super fine paste without adding any water. Add the other ingredients to the dosa batter and mix thoroughly.

    In a pan pour oil and add all the ingredients for the tempering, onion, green chillies and ginger and saute until the onion turns translucent.
