In a pressure cooker, add the ghee. Once hot, add the pumpkin and carrot and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or until starting to soften. Add water and bring to a boil. Close and pressure cook on a medium heat for 12 minutes.

Once the pressure has released, open the pressure cooker and transfer the contents to a blender. Once the contents have cooled sufficiently, blend into a smooth paste.

To cook the pasta, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add salt. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Strain once the pasta is cooked.

Add the blended sauce to a pan, along with the strained pasta and toss to combine well. Add the pasta seasoning and mix to combine. Optional: add some grated cheese on top.
