    In a bowl, add the lukewarm milk and water. Add the sugar and mix to dissolve

    Add the yeast and rest for 5 mins, this is to bloom/ activate te yeast and check if it active

    Measure and add the flour, salt, and melted butter. Use a spoon to bring together a rough dough. Clump it together and rest for 5 mins to make it easier to knead.

    On a floured surface, knead the dough non-stop for 10 mins. Outward to inward in circular motions is easy to follow Grease a bowl with oil, rest the dough for 40 mins or until double in size

    Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, flatten them out, and roll them tightly into a log Rest again for 40 mins

    Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 mins, until golden brown. Brush with butter while hot and cool completely before cutting/ serving.
