    In a bowl, add the minced chicken, potato, garlic, red chili flakes, garam masala, onion powder, salt and milk. Mix it until well combined. Rub some oil on hand and shape it into patties. Keep it aside.

    Prepare the batter, by whisking refined flour, corn flour, salt and water together. It should have smooth consistency.

    Take the panko crumbs out on a dish. Dip the patty in the batter first and then coat it with panko crumbs. Freeze the patties.

    Fry the patties in hot oil till golden brown.

    Heat oil in a pan, crack the egg onto it, season with salt and red chili flakes. Flip it carefully without breaking the yolk. Take it out when the yolk has slightly set.

    Slice the buns. On the bottom half, spread the sauce, place the onion and tomato slices, place the patty followed by a cheese slice and fried egg. Apply some sauce on the top half and close the burger.
