    Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli, garlic, and onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the chopped spinach, salt, and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 minutes until the spinach wilts and moisture reduces.
