    In a mixing bowl add the mutton, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, green chillies, coconut oil and curry leaves. Mix it thoroughly and let it set for 30 minutes.

    Add the marinated mutton to a pressure cooker along with salt and cook for 15 minutes on a medium flame. Let the pressure release naturally.

    In a pan pour coconut oil, add coconut slivers and toast until it turns golden brown. Then add thinly sliced onions and saute for 2 minutes, next the pounded shallots.

    Saute on high heat until they turn golden brown add the mutton to the pan. Cook on high heat, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Cook until the water evaporates. Serve hot.
