    Make a plain dough with maida and water. Add that into a pot of water and mix it thoroughly for 10-15 minutes.

    Strain the water through a muslin cloth. You will see a rubbery texture on the maida wastage. Leave the pot aside overnight and let the water settle. Remove the water on top and keep remaining maida milk.

    Grind the spices and keep it aside.

    Take a pan, melt the jaggery well and keep thickening it. When it’s thick, add water to reduce the temperature. Now, add the maida milk gradually and mix it well. Add coconut oil, ghee and the prepared masala Keep on mixing it for 20-25 minutes to get the right texture.

    At the end, add the sesame seeds, cashew nuts and coconut cuts. Mix it well until coconut oil is out and place it into a mould. Let it rest for a minimum of 5-6 hours.
