    In a mixing vessel add atta, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, salt and chilli flakes. Add ghee and water, knead into a smooth chapati dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl add sliced onions, green chillies, coriander, cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix and let it set.

    Once the dough is rested, portion it into dough balls and roll it into a thin chapati, spread some ghee and add the onion mixture onto the dough and fold it into an accordion and roll it to a paratha.

    Add it to a piping hot tawa and cook until the insides are cooked and the crust is crispy. Serve it with your favourite gravy.
