In a deep frying pan, add Castor oil, rock salt, Ghee and Sesame oil and bring it up to frying temperature. Make roundels, flatten the dough on a banana leaf, and deep fry until it is puffed up and cooked on both sides. Sprinkle the seasoning powder on top and consume.
