In a pressure cooker, add oil, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Mutton, Cumin Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, water and cover and pressure cook it for 20 minutes on a medium flame.

Now , in a kadai add oil, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Stone Flower, cinnamon and let it aromatic. Now add the onions, garlic, cashew and saute it for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and saute it for 5 minutes.

Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric and saute for a few minutes.Now add the coconut, mix and let it cool down.

Once it cools down, transfer it to a mixer jar and blent it to a paste.

In another kadai, add oil, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaf, Cardamom and let it aromatic. Now add the prepared paste , cooked mutton to the kadai and mix it well. Add water , salt and cover and cook it for 20 minutes.
