    In a pan pour oil and add all the whole garam masalas, once aromatic add the sliced onion and garlic. Add all the powdered spices and saute until the onion turns translucent and the raw flavour disappears.

    Add the mutton mince and cook for 20 minutes on a moderate flame. Cover and cook for the first 5 minutes, remove the lid and cook for the remaining 15 minutes. Once the mixture dries out completely, remove it from the heat and let it cool down completely. Once cooled, add the mixture to a blender, and blend into a smooth paste.
