    In a pan, add all the ingredients for the kebab masala and toast on low heat until they turn aromatic, around 2-3 minutes.

    In a bowl, combine the mutton mince, onion, green chilli, tomato, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt. Add the previously prepared masala as well. Add the egg and gram flour and mix well.

    Rest it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Divide the mixture and roll them. Using a plate that is greased with oil or lined with butter paper, flatten the meat into thin kebabs.
