    Mix together the egg, milkmaid, salt, sugar, and water until well combined.

    Add the maida to the liquid mixture and combine to form a dough. Knead the dough vigorously for at least 10 minutes until it is smooth and soft.

    While the dough is resting, marinate the chicken with Cookd Kerala Chicken Fry Masala, crushed garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves.

    Rest the dough for 10 minutes, then divide it into equal-sized balls. Coat the balls with a little palm oil and let them rest for another 10–15 minutes. Flatten each ball into a thin sheet and spread palm oil and a dusting of maida on top. Cut the sheets into half and roll into balls.

    Deep fry the marinated chicken in hot oil until it is cooked

    Wrap the fried chicken pieces in the dough triangles to form a 3–4 inch croissant shape.

    Fry the wrapped parcels in a pan until the outer layer is crispy and light golden. Serve the hot chicken wraps immediately with a side of Salna.
