Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air and divide it into 4 portions for individual pizzas. Roll out each portion into a round shape on a floured surface.
- 4
Spread pizza sauce evenly over each rolled-out dough. Sprinkle-grated mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, corn, diced onion, tomato, and capsicum over the cheese. Shift this pizza to a floured butter paper and keep that butter paper on a pressure cooker-safe base/plate. Add a base to the pressure cooker and keep the pizza on that additional base. Cook this on high flame for 8 minutes and the next 8 minutes on low heat. Make sure not to add a whistle to the cooker. Cook completely and enjoy hot!
