In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, oil, ghee, and salt until well combined. Add the cumin powder. Gradually add the wheat flour, a little at a time, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.

Divide the dough into portions

Roll each portion flat with a rolling pin and cut into small biscuit-sized pieces

Heat a pan over low flame, adding a pinch of salt, and let it warm for 15 minutes. Place the dough pieces on a plate, then transfer them to the heated pan. Bake on low heat for 25–35 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and let cool completely. Serve with tea
