    In a mixing bowl add chicken, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and turmeric, mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

    In a kadhai pour oil and sliced onion, Once golden brown immediately add ginger garlic paste, dry red chillies and green chillies. Add cumin and fennel seeds and cook for 10 more seconds.

    Add the marinated chicken and saute for 2 minutes on high heat. Pour water and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes on a moderate flame until the chicken is cooked through and the water evaporates. Serve hot with roti or parottas.
