    To Fry-Fry the onions in the oil until golden brown. Remove the onion from the pan.

    Fry garlic in the same oil until golden brown. Remove the garlic along with the oil into a bowl and set aside.

    Tamarind Pulp- Soak the tamarind along with hot water for 15 minutes. Strain it to get the pulp.

    To Grind- Grind the roasted peanuts and fried gram together into a powder. Set aside.

    Salt Water- Mix the water and salt together until dissolved completely. Set aside for seasoning later.

    Boiling Noodles-Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and turmeric.

    Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. Strain the noodles and toss it with oil to prevent it from sticking.

    Mixing the noodles- In a large bowl, add the noodles. Add a little bit of all the toppings according to your taste preference. Adjust the taste accordingly and serve garnished with some fried onion, coriander leaves and more crushed Thattai.
