    Add all the ingredients required for the chilli oil to a heat proof bowl/vessel Heat up oil and add it to the bowl/vessel with the ingredients and let it sizzle well. Mix till all ingredients combine evenly and reserve 2 tbsp of the oil

    Heat a wok, add oil Add the beaten eggs and scramble till it fluffs up Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, the chilli oil and MSG Mix and toss on a high flame till it all combines evenly. Transfer the rice to a bowl Fry a sunny side up and place it on top of the rice. Top it off with the reserved chilli oil and chopped spring onions. Serve it hot.

    Easy to make and awesome taste. Cant stop making it everyday. I'd suggest avoiding MSG if possible as its not good for your health

    Brooooooo, i tried this dish now and honestly I have never loved egg rice so much.. it was vera level... I skipped ginger, spring onions but still the dish came out so well.. I'm so full and bolten up 🤭 Thanks for the recipe man ♥️🔥
