Cookd masalas for hakka noodles

Method

  1. 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and the noodles. Cook it only until it softens, around 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and wash it in cold water lightly. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes so that it dries out.

  2. 2

Heat oil for deep-frying until properly hot. Over medium-high heat, fry the noodles in small batches until they turn golden brown and crisp. When they are fried, the oil bubbling will subside. Remove them from the oil.
