Cookd masalas for soya chunks

    In a kadai, heat oil. Add onions and saute till it is translucent, about 7-8 mins. Now add tomato and saute until soft. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins, until the raw smell goes.

    Add Cookd Kulambu Chilli Masala and mix. Take it off the heat. Cool the mixture, add water and grind it into a smooth paste.

    In another kadai, add oil, and let it heat. Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilli, and dry red chilli, followed by the paste.

    Now add the soaked soya chunks and some more Cookd Kulambu Chilli Masala. Add ½ cup of water and let it simmer over medium heat for 15 mins.
