    In a saucepan, boil water. Add cauliflower florets and salt to this and let it boil for 3 mins Take it out & strain it.

    In a kadai, heat oil. Add onion to this and saute till it begins to brown. Add tomato and saute till the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Add coconut and mix.

    Now add Cookd Kulambu Chilli Masala and mix for a few seconds. Take it off the heat. Transfer into a mixer, add water and grind it into a fine paste.

    In another kadai, add oil, and let it heat. Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilli, and dry red chilli. Add onions and saute till it is translucent, about 7-8 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins, until the raw smell goes. Now add tomato and saute until soft.

    Add Cookd Kulambu Chilli Masala and mix. Then add the paste, followed by the vegetable. Add some water and let it simmer over medium heat for a few mins, until tender. Adjust salt if needed. Finish with coriander leaves. It can be served with idli/dosa.
