    In a Kettle, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Now add curry leaves and dry red chilli.

    Add onion and saute until golden brown, about 10-12 mins, followed by green chilli. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Once the onions are golden brown, add the tomatoes and saute until soft.

    Now add Cookd Kulambu Chilli Masala and mix. Add water to this and cook until the oil starts to separate.
