Add the mutton pieces and dal to a pressure cooker along with turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, salt and water. Pressure cook it for 15 minutes on a moderate flame and set aside

In a pan pour ghee, add the whole garam masalas and brown the onions until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tomatoes. Cook until the tomato turns mushy.

Hi, I made this dish today the outcome was good just that while having the dal gosht there is a kind of raw mutton smell in the meat although I washed the meat throughly. Is there any way we could take the smell out? kindly advise. Thank you
