    Wash the dal.

    Pressure cook the mixed dals for 2 whistles with salt.

    Add a cup of water and Mash/ Puree the dal.

    Heat ghee in a pot and add the cumin seeds, once aromatic add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and saute for 2mins.

    Pour the dal and simmer for 5 mins.
