In a pan pour ghee and add whole garam masalas, saute for 20 seconds and add sliced onion and cook until they turn translucent. Add the mutton mince and saute for 20 seconds.

Add the powdered spices and salt and mix thoroughly, Pour water to make sure the masalas don’t burn and cook on a medium low flame until the water evaporates and the mince mixture is dry.

Cool the mixture down and blend it into a smooth paste. Add it to a mixing bowl and add the roasted gram flour and mix until homogeneous and make it into flat vadais.
