    In a pressure cooker, add the mutton cubes with bay leaf, sliced ginger, peppercorns and ¼ tsp of salt. Cook on high flame for 1 whistle, then reduce the flame to low and cook for 10 minutes.

    In a pot, heat oil. Add the cardamom and cloves. Then add the sliced onions, slit green chillies and curry leaves. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

    Add the 2nd press coconut milk and bring it to a boil. Add the potato, carrot and beans. Season with salt, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Add the cooked mutton along with the water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the 1st press coconut milk and turn off the flame as soon as it comes to a boil.
