    In a mixing bowl add all the dals, and wash them thoroughly.

    In a pressure cooker, pour ghee, add the mutton and sear until golden brown. (around 2 minutes) Add the whole spices and cook until aromatic. (around 30 seconds)

    Add the washed dal to the cooker, add red chilli powder, salt and saffron. Add the ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves and green chillies and saute it until aromatic (around 30 seconds).

    Pour water and bring it to a boil. Cover and pressure cook on a simmer for 20 minutes.

    Let the pressure subside, and mash the mixture until fully smooth. Cook it on a low flame for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve hot with rotis, chapatis.
