Marinate the mutton with turmeric powder and salt. Tie the mutton pieces in a thread and dry under the sun for 3 days.

In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients mentioned above. Cover and cook it for 15 minutes on a medium flame. (4 to 5 wistles)

In a kadai , add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Saute it well. Now add shallots, tomato, veggies and saute for 5 minutes.
