Method

    Let the milk boil, mix the vinegar and water in a cup and add it to the milk. Let it cuddle, use a muslin cloth and remove the water from the curdled milk and separate the chenna.

    Rub the chenna for 10 minutes and make it into a smooth dough. Roll out small balls from the chenna and set aside

    For the sugar syrup, boil the water and sugar and add the cardamom powder, let the sugar melt.

    Drop the balls into the boiling sugar syrup and let it cook for 12 minutes. Garnish with a few sprigs of saffron.
