Cookd masalas for raw mango

    In a pressure cooker, add the raw mango with some water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

    For the masala, coarse grind the ingredients and set aside.

    Allow the pressure to release, mash the mango pulp into a bowl, and add 2 cups of water and mix well. Add freshly chopped coriander and sliced onions.

    In a small pan, heat some oil, splutter the mustard seeds, and add the curry leaves. Add the masala, asafoetida and saute for a minute.
