Method

    Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using the flour, salt and water. Rest for 10 mins.

    Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to get a well combined mixture and set aside.

    Divide the dough, roll the roundels flat, thin and large discs. Apply ghee/ oil.

    Make a slit on one end. Place the mixture and enfold into a triangle. Apply ghee after each fold, or as needed.Dust lightly with flour and roll gently into triangles.

    Cook on a preheated tava with ghee/oil as needed until brown, spotted and cooked through. Serve it hot.
