Method

Prepare a dough by mixing maida, salt, water and olive oil. Knead it well. Cover the dough and keep it aside.

Heat a pan, add butter and let it melt. Add onions and garlic and saute till the onions turn translucent.

Add corn and saute for 2 minutes.

Add spinach and mix till it is cooked.

Add maida and mix well till the whole mixture turns crumble and cook the maida on a low flame till it doesn't smell raw anymore.

Add milk and mix on a medium flame till it starts to turn thick like white sauce.

Season the mixture and add cheese if you’d like.

Add oregano and mix for a few seconds. Keep the mixture aside.

Dust a flat top with maida, roll out the dough into a thin sheet and dust flour on it.

Cut it into even squares or rectangles depending on the shape of the pan.

Grease the baking pan with oil or butter, place the lasagna sheets at the bottom of the pan till all of the space is covered and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Top it with the spinach and corn mixture and spread it evenly. Repeat the same process for 2 more layers.

Cover the pan with silver foil and bake it for 25 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Once it bakes, take off the foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake it uncovered till the cheese on top turns brown. Cut it and serve it hot. Enjoy!!
