    In a pot, add water, salt and corn. Cover and boil for 10 minutes. Once cooked, set aside.

    Mix together the ingredients for the marination (except mustard oil and red chilli powder).

    For the bright red colour, heat mustard oil in a small pan. Once it is hot, add red chilli powder. Add this to the marinade immediately and mix.

    Brush this over the boiled corn.

    Place a greased mesh or grill over the stove. Place the corn and cook on medium-low heat until charred on all sides. Keep turning it regularly.

    Once done, remove it from the heat. Apply melted butter on it, followed by a sprinkle of chaat masala and coriander leaves.
