Make a salt mixture in a bowl and keep it aside.

Peel off the banana and keep it in a water bowl. Heat oil in a pot and directly slice the banana with a mandolin slicer to prevent it from sticking.

When it is half done, add the salt mixture and stir them well. You can take it out when it’s golden in color. You’ll see the oil start sizzling down.
