Cookd masalas for chicken

    In a kadai, heat oil. Add onion to this and saute till it begins to brown. Add tomato and saute till the tomatoes are soft. Add coconut and mix.

    Now add Cookd Chicken Masala and mix for a few seconds. Take it off the heat. Transfer into a mixer, add water and grind it into a fine paste

    In another kadai, add oil, and let it heat. Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilli, and dry red chilli. Add onions and saute till it is translucent, about 7-8 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins, until the raw smell goes.

    Now add tomato and saute until soft. Add Cookd Chicken Masala and mix.

    Then add the paste, followed by chicken. Add the chicken, water and let it simmer over medium heat for 15 mins, until the meat is tender

    Adjust salt if needed. Finish with coriander leaves. It can be served with idli/dosa.

    Initial thought was should I had to buy this cookd chicken masala or else to choose the regular masala. But I choose cookd to just to try it for the first time and I didn't believed that the gravy was made by me, becoz it taste really nice and so good ...👌 Hereafter I was eager try out their other masalas to taste...😊
