    In a pressure cooker, add mutton, 2 tbsp (20g) Cookd Mutton Masala and 2 cups (500ml) water. Pressure cook for 20 mins or until tender.

    In a kadai, heat oil. Add onions and saute till they are translucent, about 7-8 mins. Now add tomato and saute until soft Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins, until the raw smell goes

    Add Cookd Mutton Masala and mix. Take it off the heat. Cool the mixture, add water and grind it into a smooth paste.

    Add mustard seeds, let them splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilli, dry red chili followed by the paste.

    Now add the cooked mutton. Add ½ cup of water and let it simmer till the desired consistency is achieved. Adjust salt if needed. Finish with coriander leaves.
