    In a pressure cooker, add mutton, Cookd mutton masala and water. Pressure cook the mutton for 20 mins on low flame or until the meat is tender

    In a kadai, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Now add curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add onion and saute until golden brown, about 10-12 mins, followed by green chilli. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Once the onions are golden brown, add the tomatoes and saute until soft.

    Now add some more Cookd Mutton Masala and mix. Add water to this and cook until the oil starts to separate. Add the cooked mutton and mix.

    Cook it till the gravy is thick again, and releases oil. Adjust salt if needed. Finish with black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves.
