    In a pressure cooker, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add curry leaves, red chilli and green chilli. Add onion and saute till it turns translucent, about 6-7 mins. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins until the raw smell goes. Add tomato and saute until soft.

    Add 3 tbsp (30g) Cookd Mutton Masala. You can add 4 tbsp (40g) of masala if you prefer a spicier curry. Followed by the Mutton. Mix well. Add water and close the lid. Cook for 1 whistle on high heat and 20-25 mins on a low heat.
