Cookd masalas for mutton
Method

In a pressure cooker, add mutton, Cookd mutton masala and water. Pressure cook the mutton for 20 mins on low flame or until tender.

In a kadai, heat oil. Add onion to this and saute till it begins to brown. Add tomato and saute till the tomatoes are soft mushy. Add coconut and mix.

Now add Cookd Mutton Masala and mix for a few seconds. Take it off the heat. Transfer into a mixer, add water and grind it into a fine paste.

Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add curry leaves, green chilli, and dry red chilli. Add onions and saute till it is translucent, about 7-8 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins, until the raw smell goes. Now add tomato and saute until soft.

Add the paste, followed by cooked mutton. Let it simmer over medium heat for 15 mins, until the meat is tender. Adjust salt if needed. Finish with coriander leaves. It can be served with idli/dosa.
