    In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, dry red chilli, garlic and saute for a minute Now add the kovakkai and saute for 5 mins

    Now add the spice powder with salt and mix it well. Pour some water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    In a mixer jar add the peanut and blend into a powder Now add the peanut powder to it and saute

    Crush garlic, cumin seeds and whole black pepper together.

    In a pressure cooker add oil, cinnamon, bay leaf, garlic, green chilli, onion and saute for 3 minutes. Now add the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.

    Now add the rice, moong dal, curry leaves, water, garlic mix and pressure cook it for 4 whistles (15 minutes). Add coriander leaves at the end.
