    In a Pan over medium heat, add Coconut oil, add coconut chunks and mix for a few seconds. Add in your onions and saute until Golden brown. Add curry leaves and saute until aromatic. Add paneer and crush it down into the onions. Add the Cookd pallipalayam masala and mix well. Add water to ensure it doesn't burn and the masala is incorporated completely. Take off heat once the water has evaporated.

    In another pan over medium heat, melt your butter and add your bread slices. Toast your bread until golden brown on both sides. Assemble your sandwich by placing bread slices and adding your sliced onions. Add your prepared burji, top it off with some chopped coriander and close the sandwich. Dish up and enjoy this easy to make sandwich
