    In a Bowl, mustard oil and kashmiri red chilli powder and mix till the oil absorbs the chilli powder’s colour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well till the ingredients combine evenly

    Score the chicken legs and brush the marinade on both sides of the leg evenly. Transfer the legs to an airfryer and brush the residual marinade/oil on it. Set it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and let it cook.

    Heat a pan, add 1 packet of the butter masala gravy. Mix it for a few seconds. Add water and milk. Mix till the mixture turns into once smooth gravy. Add butter, mix well till it melts. Bring the gravy to a boil and take it off the flame. Pour the butter masala gravy into a bowl, place the roasted legs over it and drizzle some more gravy on top of the legs. Garlish with a cube of butter, coriander leaves and some fresh cream. Serve it hot with naan.
