    In a kettle add the cauliflower florets, water and boil for 10 minutes.

    In a kettle add all the whole garam masalas, once aromatic (around 10 seconds), add the onions and saute for 5 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste, and cook for 2 minutes or until the raw flavour disappears.

    Add tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes until they turn soft. Add the coconut chutney, pour water and bring it to a boil.

    Now add the cooked cauliflower to the kettle , cover and cook for 10 minutes. Finish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa, idli or chapathis
