    biryani was very tasty …I was in rush for ramdhan sahar so forget to make the dum.. little bit kolanchufy but still worth the taste .. by note it’s my first time trying briyani in my lifetime.. born and raised in Theni approving this as authentic version

    This is the first time I'm cooking biriyani. I can't believe I made a edible dish. My family was surprised. The biriyani was delicious.. I loved it. One tip from my side is that just add extra two minutes from whatever mentioned in the video. The first time I did the biriyani was not fully dry. But the second I tried it was the perfect.
